      Job security only begin offered.

      1.only freshers are pressurize to work. 2.they will say you sql support job but this job is customer support job only select queries are used. 3.office polytics is so much into the company. 4.You can not grow yourself company will not offer anything that you can learn. 5. Initially offers salary of 5.5LPA and appraisal 2% 3% 6. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AS FRESHER OR EXPERIENCED WILL NOT LEARN ANYTHING HERE. 7. WEST REAGION RESIDENCIAL UPPER MANAGEMENT SO RUDE THEY MAKE YOU TO WORK AROUND 10 HOURS DAILY.

      Good start to the role, horrible finish

      Pros

      The product and sales process is great. REACH by Rentcafé is a fantastic Multifamily marketing product that would be sold alongside Voyager as the foundation and working with other reps for Voyager to sell on Executive Reviews made selling SO much easier.

      Cons

      I was $200K deep in revenue in my first year well on my way to building relationships to 1 million, and all of a sudden they let me and the Chicago AE go FOR NO REASON! They claimed the most false reason of I didn’t know the product well enough, but gave me a good severance so they knew there was no valid reason to let us go.
