Pros

Caring company and culture, Ability to interact with Executive Level and be heard, Ability to be a part of a team that makes a difference for our clients and their residents, Amazing benefits, family owned.

Cons

Goals for sales should be evaluated and adjusted based on role and territory. - not necessarily for management but for new hires coming on board or those with territories that have less growth potential. Should have a ramp up period. More recognition for meeting goal for sales employees ( for sales below management level.)

Great work location, possibility to work remotely

Cons

- Low compensation: The salary does not align with the workload and expectations Toxic management: Leadership fosters a negative environment where constructive feedback is discouraged Lack of job security: Employees feel they cannot voice concerns or ask questions without risking termination Unrealistic expectations: After training, employees are expected to perform at an unachievable "robotic" level of perfection Inconsistent trial period: Despite a stated three-month probation, employees may be dismissed arbitrarily, disregarding their efforts Inadequate support: Supervisors ridicule employees for seeking clarification, often dismissing training gaps instead of providing assistance Demoralizing culture: Employees are frequently belittled and discouraged, impacting morale and productivity

Pros

Great co-workers, and an ok company culture. The company doesn't just hire techies. It will train, and bring (the chosen) along. You won't get paid top dollar, but you'll be ok.

Cons

Clique-ish, Gotta be one of the cool kids to advance. Some senior managers are startling reminders that "the Peter Principle" really IS a thing.
