What’s unique is you can pickup courses outside of your current field. Early exposure is necessary for advancements. *The employee compensation is top tier.

      Great company, hampers by management

      Employee centric benifits such as profit sharing, yearly bonus timely appraisal and hand holding on difficult times such as covid

      Cons

      Management is too political, skills are not valued and relations are more valued by current management. Unnecessary torture for employees giving too much load and forcing to work under pressure. People under pressure can't work as required
