Pros

The company has a lot going on. Growth is expected and a new office with lots more space is in the future. This makes me feel like good decisions are being made to help grow the office and give opportunities. Pay seems competitive and benefits seem better than most companies. Couldn't ask for a more friendly place to work. Everyone is very respectful.

Cons

The company is big and it is a little hard to keep up with everything going on. The company is working on sharing info.

Corporate needs to take a close look at the Atlanta office

Pros

Stable company and benefits are good. The office dress code is casual.

Cons

High turn over. Non trustworthy shady senior management with unprofessional management style. Corporate needs to step in, talk to the employees and look at turnover in the Atlanta office and make some changes to management. You must be bubbly and part of the in crowd to have a chance at being heard and definitely don't have opinions that contrradict theirs. This is a great first job but not a career at this office.

Terrible pay Terrible bonus Stuck in the early 2000's. You get locked into old technology that management is not willing to update. Management pushes for everything to be released NOW - half complete, full of bugs Zero planning or documentation - they don't even know what the customer wants Deceptive selling
