Pros
Very professional, great skills in tending to needs of employees, good pay, good benefits, management ensures good working tools and as good an environment as possible.
Cons
Communication between departments can sometimes lapse and that may cause frustration. Open-space office layout can become tiresome, as there is always noise unrelated to activity and on very busy days, it takes a lot of energy to block that out and focus on what you need to do.
