      Yardi is a company that has been successful because they hire the most innovative and engaged workforce and in so doing provide exceptional customer service to clients. The internal culture is one of making each other successful by collaboratively sharing information and respecting the viewpoint and ideas of every team member. The final result continues to provide a work environment where growth and initiative are well rewarded.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. An unavoidable consequence of being the largest and most successful business serving real estate clients worldwide is the bureaucracy it requires. You can't do a whole lot about time zones and being a global business means understanding and respecting how they do things in different countries. It can be an adventure, but eventually it works out.
