People are pleasant to work with. No office drama. Free insurance for employee only. Very nice.

Private company, our amazing Founder and CEO decide what is good for the clients and the employees. fantastic culture, caring managers and an amazing team.

Pros

Good people, management wasn't too bad or invasive. Hands down the best coworkers I've had.

Cons

Sometimes repetitive but that's probably going to be but the same could probably be said about any call center.
