      It has a great company culture and a friendly atmosphere. They value work life balance. They care for their employees.

      Cons

      The pay while good is a little below what you would make elsewhere. Professional growth could be slow.

      Management is useless

      Pros

      It is really difficult to come up with some Pros. Friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Terrible pay Terrible bonus Stuck in the early 2000's. You get locked into old technology that management is not willing to update. Management pushes for everything to be released NOW - half complete, full of bugs Zero planning or documentation - they don't even know what the customer wants Deceptive selling
