Pros

Very helpful team to get one oriented. Organized, which in this fast-paced environment is a great asset. The systems in place are rock-solid and efficient. Management takes each individual into account, and are surprisingly approachable and eager to help.

Cons

Fast-Paced! must be able to multi-task, however, there is plenty of support to get one up to speed, and after a week, I felt confident to start taking calls.

Pros

Great benefits...can buy an extra week vacation and most co-workers are great to be with. 401k they are matching again to a point.

Cons

Mgt plays favoritism and give credit to lazy workers but criticize those who break their backs and work hard for no pay. Heaven forbid you are hospitalized and when you get back you get let go for an IRIF. The pay is not comprable and they don't give Fair raises. They say one thing but they do another they don't listen to their employees especially those that been there for a long time. Operation manager's and team managers do not learn the systems creating the invoicing or job tickets. You request for them to sit with you to learn, they say yes but never do. Jobs are moving to Guatemala and the invoicing is screwed up because they don't want to train them right. How are the US customers to interact with their account managers or accounting team who are in Guatemala who don't even want to talk to the customers. Xerox is becoming a non friendly customer service entity. They used to be years ago but now the mindset is the Low Bottom Dollar that they can create so they can have more money in the shareholders / stockholders pockets.
