Cons
nice people but the company is so set in their ways, and the way they do things is extremely unorganized and poorly executed. and when you try to bring up a way to change things for the better, they basically tell you, Oh wouldn't that be nice. every departments results lead into the next department so its like a game of telephone, by the time it reaches your department, its already a crap show. and it all starts with the sales staff which are totally worthless. Also, people have been in their positions like 8-10 years. the staff is on the older side and there is no room to move up in the company fast. it is very much a dead end unless you want to do the same thing for 10 years, and even that is a gamble. Terrible health insurance plan.
