pretty bad HR..unfriendly,...hostile enviroment, not recommended

Promotions in some departments are based on friendships and not on experience. Some managers have little to no experience in the field they are managing, especially in departments such as legal. Layoffs are a constant, demeaning factor bringing down the moral of the employees. Most people are trying to work and look for a job outside the company at the same time. Sales are down because customers don't see a future, stable Xerox under the current, disorganized leadership. It's not a happy place to work.
