Pros

Solid co-workers that alleviate everything else.

Cons

Management has no regard for employees. Raises don’t exist. Constant slashing of benefits. HR processes have become useless - literally. Delayed expense reimbursements. No stability whatsoever.

Pros

Great legacy and appreciation for the worth of the individual... in the past. Great opportunities for development and skill-building "back in the day"

Cons

No longer "my Xerox" Unless you want to be treated like a "liquid asset", look elsewhere.

Pros

The people who have not been laid off are really good

Cons

IT, HR support is a joke. They cut all severance packages in half a month before laying off thousands of people (some had been there for 30 years). Upper management focuses so much on the next quarter they make poor decisions for long term improvement.
