Pros

Plenty of late starts and early finishes due to poor planning of work.

Cons

Money falls behind every year due to little or no pay rises. No flexible holiday booking, only allowed to book holidays in November for the following year hence you can never plan a trip you want as everything is already booked up. Terrible communication from management, no meetings and everything heard via rumours.

Xerox has a solid customer base in the medical and government sectors. The people are very professional and easy to work with. Pay is very competitive for the industry.

Cons

The company is struggling to be profitable. There have been large layoffs for each of the past 2 years. If you can afford to take a chance this could be a good opportunity or you might be let go at the drop of a dime.
