Pros

Great staff. Helpful. Always there when you have questions. Customers are generally friendly when they call. Paid Training. Great Training. Positive Environment. Lots of opportunities for advancement within the company. Benefits after 90 days. Lots of schedules to choose from but don't get the ones you want sometimes until later.

Cons

Occasionally a really upset customer can be hard to deal with but usually a supervisor will handle it from there.

Pros

1) Innovative culture with the backing of Xerox Corporation. 2) Flexible work schedule - could frequently work from my home office. 3) Countless growth opportunities.

Cons

1) I left for personal reasons but I would go back if I could. 2) Sales teams are unneccesarily competitive.

It is structural and process oriented environment. One has to be team player to work in matrix environment and diverse culture.

Cons

One has to work hard to learn all the corners. Since it is a big company, one does not get to do all the chores oneself.
