      Pros

      Great opportunity to work with a large-scale organization and with employees of various backgrounds. Projects were challenging, yet rewarding. Much easier to communicate with clients as a representative of Xerox

      Cons

      No formal communications stream with direct reports/senior management. Direction was fairly ambiguous at times. Onboarding process was very intensive and dry.

      Technology driven, R&D, the strength of experience and hard work of the sales reps

      Cons

      Still focused on selling boxes, new boxes on a lease versus offering different, cheaper options like used equipment to better meet the changing needs of today's customers who are more informed and have more options to choose from.

      Xerox has a good work life balance The people that you work with are great There are a lot of different opportunities in different fields within the company

      Like any large company it is very slow moving The raises and bonuses are very minimal because of slow growth
