Pros

The best reason to work for Xerox is the ability to advance in your chosen career. The diversity is great!!

Cons

Too much red tape can sometimes slow down training , and the ability to move customer fast along a problem. There are just too many people doing the same thing.

Pros

Xerox training has always been the envy of the industry, and in years past we had the Xerox International Training Center at Leesburg, Virginia for training of all kinds. The marketing programs for instance, offered training that could not be beat, and were the envy of the competition. But on the other side of the coin, Leesburg training center has now been sold. In my view, a very poor decision.

Cons

Not enough competitive information supplied to sales reps. I.e., specific competitive information comparing our equipment with others. For example, we have seen increased ads from Canon etc..., but not much from Xerox.
