Pros

Some very technically savvy colleagues, challenging work, a significant amount of freedom and self-direction, and some very helpful product documentation.

Cons

Employee morale is incredibly low to the point that it has caused burnout. Cutting corners means making life even more difficult for permanent employees. Further irritation comes from having to fully train new contractors every year, or else they'll have to clean up after them. The only reason turnover hasn't been much of a problem is because most of the technical workforce is nearing retirement age.

Pros

Xerox provides a lot of tools to improve your skills. They encourage growth. They are very understanding about your personal life and also very flexible.

Cons

High level execs are clueless. Some areas are understaffed and overworked. They are on a hiring freeze and currently hire through a temp agency, so there is no benifit package for contracted employees.
