Pros

An innovative culture that rewards original thinking and new ideas more than the rest of the competition. Xerox is truly an organization that encourages people to think outside the box.

Cons

As with all organizations there are some downsides, working at Xerox you have to look for a specific downside and you will find it very difficult to find one.

It has a lot of speed it is customer centric & a leader in the office ato mation segment with high end expetise

Cons

poor infrastructure poor forward plan & execution silos biased decision making irrational approach to problems old senior management with no tuning with current reality

Pros

Great opportunities for advancement and growth in company.

Cons

The pay is horrible, you can make more at Burger King or any other place, it is obvious they do not value their employees monetarily. The ABC program they have is a joke, I have excellent stats and still make the minimum because the call volume is low.
