Pros

There is nothing good I have to say about working there.

Cons

constant pressure to do more, time off phone is tracked to the minute. everything you do is wrong! If your on a call to long then they are on you for that. If you are on a call for not enough time their on you for that!

Pros

Great healthcare package and awesome friendly co-workers!!!!

Cons

This job has no pay advancement. They expect you to take on new responnsibilities without getting higher pay.As an example, they want you to move from iOS Tier 1 to iOS Tier 2 by reading a plethora of troubleshooting documents but you will still get the same pay. You will only get a tiny pay increment when you become a Tier 2 account security advisor (approximately $0.40 increment from your base salary of $9.60/hr as a tier 1 advisor).Your trainers also earn "peanuts"; the only way they manage to get something out of training you is by working insane hours of overtime for example having two 8 hr training classes per day (one during the day and the other at night right upto 12:30am!!!!!). The commission based pay increment is based on several equations that are designed in a way that you will seldom get any increment. Customer satisfaction surveys drive these commission based equations thus if you do not get a review, you won't get commission!!! You have to have an 88% customer satisfaction to actually earn commission. The rules at this job are also super strict : if your phone rings on the call floor, you will be fired, you are not allowed to have your phone on when on the call floor, if they even see it you will get written up for it. You are not allowed to have a pen, book or a piece of paper when on the call floor. You will end up sitting in agonizing boredom whilst waiting for calls because revising the troubleshooting documents quickly gets old and for $9.60/hr "ain't nobody got time for that". Talking to your co-workers is the only thing you can do-however customers keep snatching them from you.
