During my time, I was inherited from Baseware by Xerox. Xerox promises us so many things. But none of them are fulfilled. If anyone complains. They change his or her process and force him to do that work in which he or she was not trained. automatically it impacts his or her performance. They put him or her in the PIP process after that and terminate him or her. It doesn't matter that he or she starts performing in the PIP process. Single mistake you out. Also, they pay you per invoice 1.5 Rs. But if you mistake in any field of the same invoice they change you 3 Rs per mistake. Let's make a scenario where you complete one invoice and get 1.5 Rs and if you make 2 mistakes in the same invoice they change you 6rs. so calculation is 1.5 - 6 = - 4.5 vary ethical company... So they set very high targets and almost every person fights for target with each other. So, WORKLIFE IN XEROX .....0
