Pros

None, you will be laid off regardless of tenure, and how much work you do.

Cons

They basically laid off the entire office when Covid hit.

Pros

Work is fairly straightforward and able to take time off if needed, other than that..

Cons

Everything is broken including printers and computer programs which are very buggy and you have to do alot of work around to complete your tasks and it will not get fixed, these issues have been ongoing for years. Even on-boarding training bairly worked and it took weeks to get access to the programs I needed to do my job. You will also be expected to take on more roles that are normally their own job with a higher pay range but not get a pay raise for it and when you ask it's made a joke of. Xerox is not the company I expected it to be.
