      All the wrong decisions by top management.

      Pros

      Most of the lower-level employees and their immediate Managers are skilled, intelligent, experienced hard-working individuals. They value each other, and are all that's making the company stay alive right now.

      Cons

      The company says it values their employees, but does everything *opposite* to show it. Senior Mgt. thinks the *only* way to show profit is to layoff more and more employees, and outsource everything to the lowest (and least qualified and most incompetent) bidders in foreign countries. (Layoffs = C_O bonuses and raises!) That strategy has gotten them nowhere. They completely lost the Printer market, which they used to pretty much own. The CEO and those directly under her should all resign in shame for their incompetence.

      Pros

      Some good people. Rewarded with pizza instead of a raise.

      Cons

      I've been there for many years and haven't received one raise and horrible bonuses. They say they have horrible quarters by only making 80 million. They will hire 5 new employees and give certain favorites pay increases but will lay you off to "cut costs". Upper management are sneaky and shady and will conspire behind closed doors against their employees. You will only get hired if you are someone's family member or best friend. Employee of the month is a joke. They only reward people who who work on projects for management otherwise they don't notice your hard work and dedication. This place is a sinking ship. I don't see this company lasting much longer under current management.
