Pros

Great team of very hard-working, talented and very under-appreciated people

Cons

No pay raises or bonuses for the last 6-7 years; people get tired of it and leave and their work is divided up among those who are left. Everyone is burned out from working outrageous hours for so long and those who haven't left yet are actively looking. Clients are leaving, unhappy with the level of service they are receiving. There is absolutely nothing good about working for Xerox. Management doesn't give a darn about employees...it's all about the bottom line. People are working their butts off and not getting any sort of recognition or appreciation. Benefits are atrocious...you pay your health insurance premiums out of your pay, then when you go to the doctor, get a prescription, etc., you pay again. Insurance pays for next to nothing. I could go on and on...
