Pros

The Customers were usually friendly and easy to work with. Co-workers could be helpful when there was a problem.

Cons

The pay rate does not match what employees are asked to do on a daily basis. For what is expected there is no middle ground between making the customer happy as well as the corporation.

Pros

Managers and trainers are helpful. It is a really easy job technically once you get the hang of it.

Cons

The pay , the schedule , and the building is pretty rough, but they are trying to update it. Also the workstations are tiny and it is very difficult to hear because you are so close to your co-workers.

None! It's a job. No one enjoys this job. Get the experience and leave. This job suck! They will promise you bonuses that you will never see!

Cons

Lies and leadership sucks. The pay is crappy. This is a job for students just out of high school not going to college. There is 0 work life balance!
