Pros

Well run bank with a focus on employees as a competitive advantage. With the bank having many lines of business, it is great for gaining expereince in many areas.

Cons

The pay is not exceptional and the focus on diversity often gives less qualified people promotions.

Pros

There are a good deal of opportunities to move forward in the company, provided you're willing to be flexible. Also, the pay is competitive when compared with other banks, and opportunities for raises are available based on quarterly reviews.

Cons

At least in the retail side of the company, the pressure of getting sales is too high. Managers are responsible for their employees sales goals, and their bonuses are based on how well others do, not how well they themselves do. Provided you get enough sales, you can get away with almost anything, leading to unethical selling practices which is not corrected as it makes managment look good.
