This reflects the Wavestone’s consulting silo-free model that is based on the combination of business, technology and functional know-how to better answer its clients’ needs. The career path, The Wavestone Horizon, is a shared tool within the whole firm. For any level of responsibility in a given role, the expected skills are defined and are the same for everyone. Each employee is accompanied by a Career Development Manager (CDM), whose responsibility is to direct them towards projects that will support their professional development on this pace and at their own pace.
