      Strong expertise in Cyber and Tech

      Cons

      Limited opportunities outside of Cyber/Tech consulting; Little to no diversity, esp at the more senior levels - the non-French leadership team are all from firms acquired by Wavestone (e.g. Everest) Limited career growth; High turnover and attrition; Lost all capabilities in Capital Markets and Banking when previous senior leaders left to join other firms; High degree of micromanagement; Most consulting firms have a strong alumni network, not Wavestone given the lack of trust people have in their former management.

      Hello and thank you for sharing your opinion. With our strategic plan "Impact", our ambition is to replicate the success of Wavestone in France internationally by strengthening our sales and support teams (HR, IT, Recruitment, Marketing, etc.) in our offices outside of France to help them growing. In addition, acquisitions are made to support our growth: Wavestone joined forces with PEN Partnership in August, a consulting firm specialized in financial services and the pharmaceutical industry, and with Coeus Consulting in September, an IT strategy consulting firm, both based in London.
