We appreciate your feedback! While peaks in workload are part of the consulting profession, we work hard to ensure they remain occasional so that our employees' work-life balance is preserved. If employees experience frequent or extended periods of overload, they should notify their Career Manager (CDM) or HR representative to review the situation and identify solutions such as adjusting priorities, redistributing responsibilities, or reinforcing the team. An alert option is also available during the submission of timesheets to flag any irregular workload, which notifies HR representatives.
