      Pros

      Company values its employee, the work hours are reasonable for the field. You have a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Contribute on internal subjects and not only with clients. You can very quickly gain responsibilities. Good benefits for sport, culture.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low side for the field once you have a few years of experience. You don't have a say in the missions you will work on (and cannot really influence it much).
