Nice staff, but a delusional workplace culture

Biggest problem here is the whole company thinks it's more than it is. And half the staff are delusional especially team leaders and managers. "YOU WORK IN A SHOP" This makes for a pathetic workplace with so many people that really test your patience. Half the staff were nice the other half really funny and it very friendly overall not a great experience

Inflexibility with holidays Capped on certain times of the year. Very strict with sickness Understaffed at busy periods of the day The people who worked, got more work. People who were lazy got away with it.
