Can have interesting work. Flexible (manager dependent). Thinks longer term rather than short term tactics. The people are great, very genuine. Some quirky benefits e.g. JLP hotels. Some senior management are very good

Cons

Slow & bureaucratic in the main yet sometimes can rush vitally important tests or not test at all. They think they are customer centric but they're not. Behind the market pay. Some senior management are poor
