Pros

Staff discount, good colleagues on the shop floor

Cons

Started on a 3 month contract, extended for another 3, extended for one month and then finished because I had with nail polish in the first month. Had done loads of overtime for them, got them out of staff shortages at short notice and been commended by customers to management 6 times. They are uncaring and heartless, hard on everyone and treat floor staff terribly.

Sneaky Management, but Good Peers

Pros

Good Pay Good team work Good training

Cons

Management will do anything to save money - including remain understaffed, or in my case cheat you out of Sunday pay that you are entitled to. If you claim overtime at the end of your shift (i.e. you have to stay an extra 20 minutes) then you are seen as going against the partnership - my manager actively advised me not to claim it.
