      Excellent benefits - company lease program, company car (for certain positions), home office (certain positions), company expense account, great RRSP and savings programs. Excellent colleagues and collaboration, management truly engaged and cares about employee feedback and ideas. Competitive base pay / salary

      Cons

      Could have better bonuses or incentive based pay. Don't know how bonus is really calculated (not even my boss) as only 50% of it is based on your work.
