      Package, car, products, location, brands, potential to work in different areas and in different countries,

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, unfriendly, corporate, lacking passion, very sterile work environment, no team spirit, very very political, systems are very poor, slow decision making process, poor management structures, blame culture.

      Pros

      Almost none at this stage. Used to be a more fun environment. Dependent on the brand either hit or miss. Either you get lucky with the team or you might end up in some toxic environment.

      Cons

      Salaries are too low now for the industry. The current CEO doesn’t care about people but only cares about KPIs and numbers. HR only protects the company. Some people are not on the official headcount thus get no healthcare or pension contribution. No career progression or support.
