      Pay is decent. Free car at a manager level

      Cons

      Culture is terrible. Very hierarchical. Very dictatorship orientated. No investment in what customers want. Every manager is out for themselves.

      Positive culture, like to celebrate their employees. Great work perks (summer hours, good bonus structure, competitive pay).

      Cons

      It’s really on you to rotate or develop. Heath insurance is not great (high deductible plan).
