Pros

1. Very unlikely you'll get hired. A whopping five positions are showing open on the website, and a few of might be fakes. This at a time of year when most healthy corporations have new budget to spend and advertise lots of open positions. Go elsewhere. 2. The company might get sold to new management that could have a clue on how to run the business and treat their employees. 3. As far as cloud goes, there might be some life left for them in the healthcare space. 4. That is it. Good luck if you somehow end up there.

Cons

I could write a book on the experience of watching Dell come in and destroy the company culture. It would be one thing if it turned the business around. But all it did was snuff the life out of the place. The COO behaves rudely, has a questionable sense of honesty and insults his own employees during town halls. He should be selling used cars not affecting the lives of hundreds of employees with families to support. The last year was a right out of a Kafka story - a revolving door of VP's brought in then sent out to pasture, multiple product managers fired/quit, a new strategy every month. All of your time and energy going into figuring out if you were on the next round of layoffs, rather than building products that give customers value. Existing products that could have been a success in the market ignored or run into the ground.

Pros

Don't remember since merging with DELL EMC

Cons

- No job security - No communication in management & employee. - No recognition or appreciation of work done. - Lots of politics in the organization. - All negative policies are implemented first, and no one is available to talk for policies in fever of employee.

Pros

Great Potential within the business model

Cons

They have recently hired a pathological liar as their Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer. The accomplishments listed on his LinkedIn profile are largely those of others or greatly exaggerated. I had the unfortunate "opportunity" to work in his organization - twice- not by choice- and to say he destroys organizations is an understatement. Stine will claim credit for every win, and try to blame someone for every loss. He is a tyrant who is emotionally unstable, and abusive to those who work for him. A direct quote is "I know I am an a##hole and I embrace it." He will lie, cheat, and steal and in short will resort to any level to further his own success at the expense of others. Virtustream will learn what SAP, Blackboard, Exeter, etc. all have and that is this man destroys companies
