It is very much a boys club at the senior levels Serious lack of communication Success is not really celebrated, hard work is not recognised. I would not recommend any career driven young women to start with virtustream.

Virtustream has the potential of being a true cloud disruptor in the mission critical applications space. The technology is sound and the offering is very appealing. The idea of being a one-stop shop for migrating, hosting and managing applications, such as SAP, is a message that resonates to customers.

Cons

Virtustream's chaotic organization and mediocre middle management are the two most serious risks preventing the company from achieving its potential. The company is lethargic taking endless time to make decisions and respond to customer queries. Internal conflict and blame games are just too taxing on employee productivity and creativity. The company's executives have an idea on where to play in the cloud space but they are so slow to develop the right tools, processes and execution strategies to help them move fast to capture market opportunities.
