There is literally nothing positive I can say about this company outside of its tie with Dell/EMC which when you are on board provide zero value.

Cons

Zero culture Zero leadership - from your manager on up to Rory - it is a joke. Constant reorgs are just normal Zero job security - constant lay offs are not a myth but very real Zero growth Zero collaboration Zero work life balance - be prepared to work weekends all the time

Before the EMC and Dell acquisition, Virtustream was an amazing place to work, with a great team that was always willing to cooperate in order to solve the problem. There is still a bit of that left, though it's quickly disappearing

Cons

Currently -- Zero work/life balance, Antagonistic culture, Near-Constant Work-Force-Reductions, projects set up to fail

Pros

Do not expect to get help from inside reps, outside reps, or any leads. The Dell/EMC teams positions every solution except for Virtustream. You have a bag and white space, good luck kiddo! This is a dead end position.

Cons

Everything, the business is failing.
