      Working for Vinci is getting involved in a constellation of companies with a great strike force.

      Pros

      You can get great responsabilities even if you have few experience.

      Cons

      Typical French group : too many decision takers, few decisions... It's possible having initiatives in Vinci, as long as you don't expect to see them employed. There is a lack of formating : noone has the sensation of being part of one group except of a constellation of small companies forced to live together.

      Pros

      Good company for people who want to have a career on eletrical project management or finance domains. Dynamic and flexible company with an interesting organisational strcuture.

      Cons

      Lack of recongnition of support functions like HR, purchasing... This could be improved and we strat to see some actions from the management to catchup
