Employees values do not match company statement. A lot of bureaucracy, useless activities and meetings that you must be in, a sexist environment wich sometimes is “taken as a joke” even from management level, company composed for its majority 40+ man. Chaotic in a lot of senses and finally not motivated colleagues/stakeholders. Worst environment for someone who wants to work productivity or young talents

As a corporate, sometimes beurucratic systems impose and overhead and process becomes a burden/blocker.
