      Pros

      Good salaries relative to Egypt, Good General manager, good experience, transportation allowance, Expanding fast so far and creating good opportunities for seniors

      Cons

      The building and work space is below international standards in similar companies, kinda too crowded, low space for employees. Also too much management (i.e. so many levels of managers and leaders for few number of employees in a team which creates distraction.

      Pros

      Many friendly employees to work with, as long as you're not in the office. Though it does pay better than most places.

      Cons

      Supervisors need to take responsibility for their own actions. Stop blaming things on employees and listen to them when they have a problem. Engineers need to show more respect to other employees.
