      Work is very demanding which affects work life balance a lot. A lot of rapid structural changes happened recently and in the same time which was impactful to how you grow.

      President is self absorbed and would Rather buy himself coats and shoes instead of keeping dedicated employees. Also talks about everyone behind their backs. HR also talks badly about employees. Unprofessional people.
