      People on production great, but management uncaring, and poor.

      Pros

      Good employees , and the real reason the company staying a float but management trying to take credit. Managers there from previous company and have no multi national experience and people skills.

      Cons

      Poor conditions, managers can bully, and very petty. And on a different planet from reality .And for multi national conditions poor.

      Relatively Friendly Environment, and calm place to stablize, work, or innovate, with relatively high communication skills all over the place ..... and well being at work is often taken into account by Superiors. It provides you a great and very easy entry to Automotive Software industry, and even chances abroad (outside Egypt) mostly in europe

      Cons

      After years, it can get you bored, especially for the software business and cubical workplace, and iterations way of work ..... sometimes dummy tasks or intended dummy assignations by superiors that do not quite understand your potentials and Worst of all the billing procedure for every task, that is handled by pre mature management, making it suffocating for developers / testers to innovate ...... most of the time you need to innovate for free and on your own risk ...... which wastes your personal time, and with time, you realize you have not learned enough (Actually may have lost what you already knew before you got here)
