Management does not take employees in any of their priorities:
salaries (maximum increases every year are not comparable to inflation rate in Egypt).
working hours (no defined policy for extra hours, and they push everyone to stay long hours, and even sometimes to sleep over in the facility).
seniority handling (younger people with less experience are always put on the lead over older people with more experience and efficiency, whenever they are staying more time in the office).
high turn over rates (they always tend to hire more fresh grades every month in suspicious way [20-40 fresh grades every month] than keeping experienced people from leaving, or from better tasks handling, leading roles..etc. long story short: they prefer to hire a fresh for 2-4 years and stop investing in him after, while hiring more fresh grades. Which leads to a very high turn over).
bad site services (the management always make virtual small companies for services like cleaning, transportation or travel handling, instead of getting professional suppliers. These companies are managed by people in the top management to make more profit. The result is that they do not focus on managing people and bad services are supplied for employees).
