      Of the few companies in Egypt you can spend your entire career in as a technical employee and not need to shift to management International exposure

      Cons

      Evaluations are terrible Policy changes are never in your favour Fleeting promotions A lot of the management is in management for historic reasons rather than skillset and/or abilities
