      Pros

      They pay higher then market rate.

      Cons

      The reason they pay higher then market rate, is because this is not a good place to work. The amount of politics at this job is outrageous. It is at least 3 times worst then anything you have ever experienced at previous jobs. Management does not support their teams, and will throw any team member under the bus if that is what it takes for the manager to not lose respect.

      Pros

      not much, but there is free coffee and a nice view onto the irish country side. Good on a resume because other employers know vm is a terrible employer

      Cons

      You will be promised many things. Managers should not be managers. HR are puppets. You will not get your commissions. VMware does not do IT, VMware does finance and in that concern you are too expensive, so the company will not pay you. Too many matrix. Micro management. Very disappointing experience
