Pros

The only thing good about this place are the benefits.

Cons

Hearing about all these layoffs makes me really sad for people, but I think they should consider it a blessing. I'm so much happier since I left 2 years ago. My mental health has greatly improved! Cons: - Extreme Micromanagement by the C level senior staff. I had the unfortunate experience of working closely with a C-Level Executive. I was constantly belittled and put down. My boss was a former navy seal so they had a particular mindset, their way or no way. It was extremely toxic and cannot believe I let someone speak to me like that in this day and age. - They expect you to work past clocked hours. Also, there were constant unexpected/unscheduled calls to my personal cell phone. Just because I didn't have small children, should NOT give you the permission to call me at 9:00 at night. It was a truly unpleasant experience and the worst job I ever had. I knew it was time to go after being told the following: "You're bad at your job." (Instead of providing constructive criticism.) "$30,000 doesn't get me up in the morning." - The God complex was astounding. Then they had the audacity to roll their eyes when I spoke about my experience in a meeting with HR. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope they see this and know who they are. :) I'm now with a company that appreciates me and my boss is wonderful. :)

Pros

The pay was better then anything I had up until this point.

Cons

I was harassed repeatedly at this job. When I finally went to HR about this, management told them that they were just making jokes and they thought that it was no big deal. HR agreed with this after 6 complaints about the individual who was calling me names. His behavior was encouraged and I was actually repremanded by my management team for having come forward. My direct manager insisted that I tell her personal information about abusive things that happened to me in the past.

Pros

This SHOULD be a great company. It's got a great set of culture values, killer products, a devoted customer group, excellent diversity mindset, and enough growth to give opportunity for people to move up. Plus, they pay really, really well, allow you to work remotely, and have a strong strategy for the future.

Cons

But, there seems to be this core group of toxic people that Will. Not. Leave. (maybe because they know they have burned their networks outside the company). And they manage to keep getting promoted by making it miserable for everyone else, and basically outlasting them. The result is an org with very few "doers" and a lot of "maneuverers" that make themselves look good by packaging the work of others. In addition, they have some serious growing pains to go through - there's a lot of stuff that takes waaaaaaaay longer than it should because leadership won't organize around a process that reflects their size.
