I worked there for 8 year and was promoted several times. I did several jobs and enjoyed the rapid pace of changes. There s a strong emphasis around employee trainings and skills increase. Good autonomy level is given too.

Cons

Can be a stressful environment because of the strong pace of organizational transformation.
