Cons

As a fast growing company, the pressure remains important on the sales person, specially at the end of quarters, which is normal, but managing the pressure is not always done properly

As a sales member, your always have the cutting edge product to sell. A lot of information is available for you to train. Management will give you a lot of responsability and won't over manage you. Salaries are good.

Cons

Quotas assignment is not a science yet at VMware so it is often unfair.
