Huge company Hire and retain very competent staff Great place to learn and develop (depending also on project) Forward thinking and a lot more professional than other companies

Cons

Salary isn't good. You need to claim lodge to make any sort of money which isn't good if you have other commitments in life. Work life balance but its construction so its expected Development reviews as in all places are considered a tick box exercise.
